Visiting the website

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts or fonts. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, and may keep short-lived security logs. We do not use this data to identify or profile you.

The free 60-Day Challenge emails

What we collect: your email address. When you sign up and confirm, our email service also records the date, time and IP address of the sign-up and the confirmation, as proof of consent.

Why: only to send you the 60-Day Challenge, one email a day from Monday 11 January 2027 to Thursday 11 March 2027, plus the one email that asks you to confirm your sign-up. We never sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

Double opt-in: after you submit the form, you receive one confirmation email. You are only signed up once you click the link in it. If you do not confirm, you receive nothing further.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box and confirming through the link in the confirmation email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is stored: with our email service, Buttondown, LLC (USA), which processes the data on our behalf under its data processing agreement. Transfers to the USA are covered by standard contractual clauses.

No tracking: open tracking and click tracking are switched off. We do not know whether or when you open an email or which links you click.

How long we keep it: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at the latest 6 months after the Challenge ends.

Unsubscribe or delete your data

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the authority in your EU country of residence.
